We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 Concerning Regulating Labour Relations, and its amendments,
- Based on what was presented by the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and the approval of the Cabinet,
have issued the following Decree-law:
The text of Article 54 and the text of Article 60 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 Concerning Regulating Labour Relations shall be replaced by the following texts:
1. If the employer, the worker, or any of the beneficiaries thereof dispute any of the rights accruing to either of them under the provisions of this Decree-Law, he shall submit a request to the Ministry, which will examine the request and take what it deems necessary to settle it.
