- Upon reviewing the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 Concerning the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and any amendments thereto;
- Federal Law No. 7 of 1999 Promulgating Pensions and Social Security Law, and any amendments thereto;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2008 Concerning Human Resources in the Federal Government, and any amendments thereto;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 Concerning Public Finance;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2021 Concerning the Unified General Rules for Work in the UAE; and
- Based on the proposals by the Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
Have promulgated the following Decree-Law:
In applying the provisions of this Decree-Law, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context stipulates otherwise:
