We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2022 regarding the Federal Judicial Authority,
- based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the approval of the Cabinet,
have issued the following Decree-Law:
The texts of Article 35, Clause (3) of Article 44 and Article 58 of Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2022 shall be replaced by the following:
1. The Federal Attorney General shall have jurisdiction over violations that affect the interests of the Federation and other violations for which jurisdiction is assigned to the Federal Judicial Authority in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force in the State, and the territorial jurisdiction of the Federal Attorney General for other violations shall be determined by the territorial scope of the Federal Judicial Authority.
