- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 6 of 2014 On National and Reserve Service, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2020 On the Armed Forces, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 2 of 2011 On the Establishment of the National Authority for Emergency and Crisis Management and Disasters, and its amendments;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of State for Defence Affairs and with the approval of the Cabinet,
have issued the following Decree-Law:
