We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 On Commercial Companies;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Economy and Industry, and with the approval of the Cabinet
have issued the following Decree-Law:
Texts of Article 3, Article 5, Article 8, Article 9, Article 14, Article 17, Article 32, Article 76, Article 78, Article 85, Article 105, Article 118, Article 208, Article 266 and Article 275 of Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 referred to above shall be replaced by the following texts:
The provisions of this Decree-Law and the regulations, rules and decisions issued in implementation thereof shall apply to the following:
1. Companies established in the State.
2. Foreign companies that carry out their activities in the State or have their administrative headquarters, bra...
