We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Powers of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 21 of 1981 establishing the General Authority for Water Management in the United Arab Emirates;
- Federal Law No. 5 of 1999 to Establish the Emirates Institution for Information;
- Federal Law No. 9 of 2011 regarding the Land Transportation;
- Federal Law No. 11 of 2015 concerning Monitoring trade in precious stones, precious metals and its stamping;
- Federal Law No. 10 of 2018 on Product Safety;
- Federal Law No. 8 of 2020 Regulating Railways;
- Upon the approval of the Cabinet
have issued the following Decree-Law:
The words “Federal Land and Sea Transport Authority” shall be replaced by the words “Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure” and the word “Authority” shall be replaced by the word “Ministry”.
