We Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- and based on the proposal of the Minister of Investment, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council
have decided:
An agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of the Philippines on artificial intelligence and the digital economy, signed in Dubai on February 12, 2025, the text of which is attached, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Investment shall implement this decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
