Federal Decree-Law No. 131 of 2025 Ratifying the Agreement Between the United Arab Emirates and the Central African Republic on the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and Capital and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance

We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

- Having regard to the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;

- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;

have decided:

Article 1

An agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Central African Republic on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Financial Evasion Regarding Income and Capital Tax, signed in Abu Dhabi on March 6, 2025, and the protocol attached thereto, the texts of which are annexed hereto, are hereby ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
