Federal Administrative Decision No. 43 of 2017 On the Adoption of the List of Technical Requirements for the Registration of the Products and Systems of Aircrafts and Drones

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 28 of 2001 Establishing the Emirates Authority for Standardisation and Metrology (ESMA) and its amendments,

- Based on the decision No. 2 of 2017 of the Board of Directors’ meeting on April 30, 2017.

Has decided the following:

Article 1

List of Technical Requirements for the Registration of the Products and Systems of Aircrafts and Drones attached to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and the concerned authorities shall implement and apply the provisions of the regulation mentioned in Article 1 of this Decision. The decision shall come into effect 120 days after the date of adoption of the decision.
