- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 Regarding the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Executive Regulations and amendments;
- Federal Administrative Decision No. 25 of 2023 Regarding the Adoption of Version No. 2.0 of the Consumer Protection Regulations;
- Based on the presentation by the Director General of the Telecommunications And Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), and the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 14, 2025 on the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority's management,
have decided the following:
The issuance of the Executive Regulations for consumer labels for telecommunications services attached to this Decision is approved.
