Federal Administrative Decision No. 32 of 2025 Regarding Updating the Policy on Spam Calls

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA),

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 Regarding the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Executive Regulations and amendments;

- Board of Directors' Decision No. 23 of 2025 Regarding the Adoption of version No. 3.0 of the spam calls Policy;

- Based on the presentation by the Director General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), and the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 14, 2025, of the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority's management,

have decided the following:

Article 1

Version 4.0 of the Spam Calls Policy attached to this Decision is hereby approved.

Article 2

1. This Decision replaces Federal Administrative Decision No. 23 of 2025 referred to above.

2. Any provision in any other decision shall be abrogated to the extent that it conflicts with the provisions of this Decision.

Article 3

This Decision shall come into effect from the date ...
