No. If a labour dispute with a value of up to AED 50,000 has already been reviewed by the MOHRE, only the claims that were part of the original complaint may be raised in court.
New claims (e.g. reimbursement for a return ticket or issuance of an employment certificate) will not be considered by the court if they were not included in the application to the Ministry.
