Executive Council Decision No. 1 of 2015 Approving the Fees and Fines Prescribed for the Event eLicensing and eTicketing System in the Emirate of Dubai

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council, After perusal of: 

- Dubai Law No. 1 of 1997 Establishing the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (the “DTCM”) and its amendments; 

- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai; 

- Dubai Law No. 14 of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments; 

- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 Concerning Management of the Public Funds of the Government of Dubai and its amendments; and 

- Dubai Decree No. 25 of 2013 Concerning the Event eLicensing and eTicketing System in the Emirate of Dubai, Do hereby issue this Decision. 

Article 1 - Fees

In return for subscription to the Event eLicensing and eTicketing System in the Emirate of Dubai, the DTCM will charge the fees stated in Schedule 1 attached to this Decision.
