This document is a helpful guide for applicants to use, based on which they may apply for Exceptional School Fee increase approvals to The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

 

The KHDA is the regulatory authority of the Government of Dubai that is responsible for the growth, quality and direction of private education and learning in Dubai. Since 2012, the KHDA’s exceptional fee increase framework, which seeks to regulate annual fee increases for all private schools operating in the Emirate, has been approved by The Executive Council of Dubai. For-profit, private schools are eligible for an exceptional fee increase based on clear eligibility criteria as defined by the KHDA.
