We, Humaid Bin Rashid Al‐Nuaimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman Emirate;
- After being acquainted with the UAE Constitution;
- the Federal Law No. 5 of 1985;
- the Emiri decree No. 5 of 2002 concerning the General Establishment for real‐estate Investment amended by the Emiri decree No. 11 of 2005;
- the Emiri decree No. 5 of 2006 in relation to reorganizing Ajman Department of Lands and Properties;
- the Emiri decree No. 13 of 2006 regarding the arrangement of real‐estate bureaus in Ajman;
- the Emiri decree No. 14 of 2006 in relation to reorganizing Ajman Municipality and Planning Department;
- the Emiri decree No. 7 of 2008 issued in relation to registering lands and real estates in Ajman and the Emiri decree No. 8 of 2008 in relation to organizing the joint ownership of real estate's projects and investment buildings.
