- Cabinet Decision No. 51 of 2023 On Social Assistance;
- Upon the presentation of the Minister of Community Empowerment and the approval of the Cabinet
has decided:
The definitions provided in Federal Decree-Law No. 23 of 2024 On Social Support and Empowerment shall apply to this Decision, and otherwise the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
