ADGM Commercial Permits Regulations (Fees) Rules 2025

The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, in implementation of section 6(1) of the Commercial Permits Regulations 2024, hereby makes the following Rules:

1. Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Rules may be cited as the Commercial Permits Regulations (Fees) Rules 2025.

(2) These Rules shall come into force on the date of their publication.

(3) In these Rules:

“Regulations” means the Commercial Permits Regulations 2024.

(4) Terms used in these Rules which are defined in the Regulations or any subordinate rules shall have the meanings given to them in the Regulations or any subordinate rules.

2. Fees payable in respect of the issuance, extension and renewal of commercial permits

Schedule 1 to these Rules makes provision for the fees that are payable to the Registrar in respect of the issuance, extension and renewal of commercial permits.

3. Fees payable in respect of late renewals of commercial permits
