The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, in implementation of section 29 of the Off-Plan and Real Property Professionals Regulations 2024, hereby makes the following rules:
1. Citation, Commencement and Interpretation
(1) These Rules may be cited as the Off-Plan and Real Property Professionals Regulations (Fees) Rules 2024.
(2) These Rules will come into force on the date of publication.
(3) In these Rules:
"Regulations" means the Off-Plan and Real Property Professionals Regulations 2024.
(4) Terms used in these Rules which are defined in the Regulations shall have the meanings given to them in the Regulations.
2. Fees
Schedule 1 to these Rules makes provision for the fees that are payable to the Registrar under the Regulations.
