The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, in exercise of its powers under Article 6(1) of Law No. 4 of 2013 (as amended) concerning the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued by His Highness the Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, hereby enacts the following Regulations:
The Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2015 shall be amended as follows:
(1) In section 2(4), replace the words “level 1 fine” with “fine not exceeding level 8 on the Fines Scale”.
(2) In section 9(7), replace the words “level 1 fine” with “fine not exceeding level 1 on the Fines Scale”.
(3) In section 14, replace the words “of up to level 3” with “not exceeding level 3 on the Fines Scale” and renumber the paragraph as subsection (2).
(4) In section 18, insert a new definition “Fines Scale” immediately after the definition of “enactment” and before “incorporation document” as follows”
“Fines Scale” means the standard fines scale set out in Schedule 1 of the Administrative Regulations 2025”.
