Decision No. 1 of 2026 Regarding the formation of the National Identity Committee

Having reviewed:

• Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2024 concerning the establishment and organisation of the Council for Education, Human Development and Society,
• In light of the proposal put forward by the Secretary-General of the Council and in the public interest,

have decided the following:

Article (1) Definitions

For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:
