Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2020 on Standards and Metrology, and to Law No. (27) of 2015 establishing the Emirates Global Accreditation Centre, hereinafter referred to as ‘the original Law’,
Pursuant to Law No. (26) of 2023 concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai,
Pursuant to Decree No. (22) of 2009 concerning Special Development Zones in the Emirate of Dubai,
Pursuant to Decree No. (1) of 2023 concerning the governance of councils and committees affiliated to the Government of Dubai,
and Regulation No. (2) of 2010 concerning the regulation of the business of conformity assessment bodies in the Emirate of Dubai,
and the legislation establishing and regulating Free Zones in the Emirate of Dubai,
We hereby enact the following Act:
