In line with the Agency’s commitment to overseeing the formation of owners’ committees for joint-ownership projects and providing the highest standard of professional services to achieve the desired objectives, whilst ensuring theDilers and strengthening trust, and in accordance with the principle of transparency in the property sector, management companies are required to cooperate with the Authority to carry out the following: -
Firstly: - Begin compiling a list of projects for which owners’ committees have been formed and those for which no such committees have been established, stating the reason (as per the attached list).
