Ras al-Khaimah Executive Council Decision No. 7 of 2025 Regarding the adoption of the registers of fees and penalties under the Ras al-Khaimah Law No. 12 of 2021 Regarding the regulation of demolition and clearance works in the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah

We, Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and the Chair of the Executive Council

Having regard to the Ras Al Khaimah Municipal Law of 1981 and its amendments. and Law No. (7) of 2012 concerning the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah.

And Law No. (12) of 2021 on the regulation of demolition and clearance works in the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah and its Executive regulation.

Following approval by the Executive Council.

We have therefore issued the following decision:
