Federal Decree-Law No. 19 of 2025 Amending certain provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 22 of 2000 Regarding the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry

The President of the United Arab Emirates,

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (22) of 2000 concerning the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, as amended,
• Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Foreign Trade, and with the approval of The Cabinet,

We have issued the following Decree-Law:

Article 1

The phrase ‘Federation of Chambers’ and the phrase ‘Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry’ shall be replaced by the phrase ‘Federation of Emirates Chambers of Commerce and Industry’, and the term ‘the Board’ shall be replaced by ‘the Board of Directors’, wherever it appears in the title or in the provisions of the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. (22) of 2000, and in any other legislation.
