and Law No. 6 of 2012 concerning the Economic Development Authority
and in accordance with Amiri Decree No. 13 of 2007 on the Information System for Hotel Establishments and Car Rental Agencies
Pursuant to Amiri Decree No. 5 of 2011 concerning the establishment of the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority
and Decision No. 8 of 2015

The following words and phrases shall, wherever they appear in this Decree, have the meanings specified opposite each of them, unless the context of the text indicates otherwise:
The Emirate : Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah
The Ruler : Ruler of the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah
Authority : Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority
The President : Chief Executive of the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority
The hotel : These include hotels, resorts, hotel-related establishments, guesthouses, budget...
