Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2025 Amending certain provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2023 On the donation and transplantation of human organs and tissues

The President of the United Arab Emirates,

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the powers of Ministries and Ministers, as amended,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (25) of 2023 concerning the donation and transplantation of human organs and tissues,
• Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Health and Community Protection, and with the approval of The Cabinet,

We have issued the following Decree-Law:

Article 1

The phrase ‘donation and transplantation of organs and tissues’ shall be replaced by the phrase ‘donation and transplantation of human organs and tissues’ in the title of the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. (25) of 2023.

Article 2

The texts of Articles (18) and (25) of the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. (25) of 2023 shall be replaced by the following texts:
