- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (30) of 2021 on the control of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (28) of 2023 concerning the establishment of the Emirates Medicines Agency,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2024 concerning medicinal products, the profession of pharmacy and pharmaceutical establishments,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (2) of 2025 establishing the National Anti-Narcotics Agency,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Chairman of the National Anti-Narcotics Agency and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Medicines Agency, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
We have issued the following Decree-Law:
