Ajman Administrative Decision No. 188 of 2025 concerning regulations governing the registration of allocated land and government housing

In my capacity as Chairman of the Department, and having regard to Emirate Decree No. (7) of 2017 concerning the Ajman Land and Property Regulation Department, Emirate Decree No. (18) of 2017 appointing the Chairman of the Land and Property Regulation Department, and Law No. (3) of 2023 concerning property registration in the Emirate of Ajman, and the Emirate Decision No. (9) of 2025 concerning service fees, penalties and fines applicable at the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department in the Emirate of Ajman, and in the interests of the work, we have decided the following:

Article 1: Registration of granted land and government housing

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 34(a) of Law No. 3 of 2023 concerning land registration in the Emirate of Ajman, the Department shall issue to beneficiaries certificates of registration for granted land and government housing of the type ‘grant’, in accordance with the following regulations:
