- Having regard to Law No. (1) of 1974 on the reorganisation of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments,
- Pursuant to Law No. (7) of 2019 establishing the Abu Dhabi Authority for Agriculture and Food Safety,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2002 on the practice of veterinary medicine, as amended,
- and Regulation No. (11) of 2013 concerning the technical and health requirements for veterinary establishments,
- Pursuant to Decision No. (3) of 2021 of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority concerning the Register of Offences and Administrative Penalties,
- Based on the matter presented to the Executive Council, and following the Council’s approval thereof,
It has been decided as follows:
