Having examined Law No. (1) of 1974 on the reorganisation of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
and Law No. (2) of 2012 on the preservation of public order, health and tranquillity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as amended,
