Having regard to Law No. (1) of 2001 establishing the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Authority, and its amendments,
Pursuant to Law No. (3) of 2023 concerning the Dubai Maritime Authority,
Pursuant to Law No. (4) of 2023 concerning the Dubai Ports Authority,
Pursuant to Law No. (26) of 2023 concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
Definitions
Article (1)
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:
Emirate: Emirate of Dubai.
Authority: Dubai Maritime Authority.
Chief Executive: The Chief Executive of the Authority.
