We, Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and the Chair of the Executive Council Having examined Law No. (7) of 2012 concerning the establishment of the Executive Council For the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah. and Decision No. (11) of 2017 concerning the formation of the Legislative Committee in The Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah. We have therefore issued the following decision:
Article (1)
The mechanism for the preparation and enactment of legislation, as set out in the annex to this Decision, is hereby adopted.
Article (2)
Any provision in any other Decision that conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall be abrogated.
Article (3)
This Decision shall come into force on the date of its promulgation and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
