We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation,
- having reviewed Dubai Law No. 4 of 2001 on Free Zones,
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2002 On the Establishment of the Dubai Financial Center (DIFC),
- the Decision issued on 1 May 2002 On the establishment of the Dubai Metals and Commodities Center
have decided to issue the following Regulation:
This Regulation shall be known as the “Regulation of Work Organisation at the Dubai Metals and Commodities Center”.
The following words shall have the meanings indicated against each of them:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: Emirate of Dubai.
Government: Dubai government.
President: President of the Dubai Metals and Commodities Center.
Center: Dubai Metals and Commodities Center.
Authority: Dubai Metals and Commodities Center Authority.
Board: The Board of Directors of the Center.
