After perusal of the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) Regulations referred to herein we do hereby amend certain sections or provisions of Dubai Rule No. 1 of 2016 regarding the categories of business (clinical and non- clinical) for which a license may be issued in Dubai Healthcare City.
This Rule replaces Dubai Rule No. 1 of 2016 (as amended) and shall be read together:
a. Guidelines for Registration and Licensing to obtain a Commercial License in DHCC
b. DHCA Rules and Regulations
c. DHCR Price List
This document provides definitions of the categories of activities for the provision of services in DHCC. It should be read in conjunction with other guidelines forms and regulations, and any other information relevant to the operation of entities in DHCC.
Licensing Categories are defined under a 3 tier hierarchy Clusters > Segments> Activities Clusters and related Segments/Activities are defined in Appendix 2 as follows:
