Dubai Regulation No. 2 of 2012 Adding Land to the Areas for Ownership by Non-UAE Nationals of Real Property in the Emirate of Dubai

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

- Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006 Concerning Real Property Registration in the Emirate of Dubai; and

- Dubai Regulation No. 3 of 2006 Determining Areas for Ownership by Non-UAE Nationals of Real Property in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,

Do hereby issue the following Regulation:

Article 1

A non-UAE national may acquire usufruct rights, for up to eighty-five (85) years, in the Real Property existing on Land Plot No. (1), Dubai Investment Park First, and Land Plot No. (1), Dubai Investment Park Second, whose boundaries and areas are demarcated on the plans attached to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
