- Having reviewed the powers vested in us pursuant to the Decree of Establishing Dubai Municipality;
- the legislations issued by Dubai Municipality in the fields of public health and safety and protection of environment;
- upon the proposal of the Director General of Dubai Municipality; and
- for the public interest,
Issued the following Local Order:
This order shall be called “Local Order No. 11 of 2003 Concerning Public Health and Safety of the Society in the Emirate of Dubai”, and shall come into effect as of the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
In applying the provisions of this Order, the following terms and words shall, unless otherwise required by the context, have the meanings set forth against each of them respectively:
