We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai,
Having reviewed:
- Federal Law No. 8 of 2004 on Financial Free Zones,
- Federal Decree No. 35 of 2004 on the Establishment of a Financial Free Zone in the Emirate of Dubai,
- Law No. 9 of 2004 on the Establishment of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC),
- Law No. 19 of 2006 on the Issuance and Signing of Laws on the Work of the Dubai International Financial Centre,
have issued the following law:
Dubai Law No. 19 of 2006 on the Issuance and Signing of Laws on the Work of the Dubai International Financial Centre shall be repealed.
This law shall enter into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
