We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
- Federal Law No. 10 of 1992 Issuing the Law of Evidence Governing Civil and Commercial Transactions;
- Federal Law No. 11 of 1992 Issuing the Civil Procedure Code and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 1992 Establishing the Dubai Courts and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 6 of 2005 Regulating the Dubai Courts and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 27 of 2006 Concerning Management of the Government of Dubai Human Resources and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 14 of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 Concerning Management of the Public Funds of the Government of Dubai and its amendments; and
- The Instructions of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai Concerning Notary Public Applications in the Emirate of Dubai, issued on 9 January 1990,
Do hereby issue this Law.
This Law will be cited as "Law No. 4 of 2013 Concerning Notaries Public in the Emirate of Dubai".
