- After perusal of:
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 11 of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 8 of 2016 Regulating the Grant of Law Enforcement Capacity in the Government of Dubai and its Implementing Bylaw;
- The Resolution Establishing the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, issued on 1 May 2002, and its amendments; and
- Dubai Regulation No. 4 of 2002 Regulating Work at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre and its amendments,
Do hereby issue this Law.
This Law will be cited as “Law No. 3 of 2020 Concerning the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre”.
