- having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2022 establishing the UAE Media DMC,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 Concerning Media Regulation and its Executive Regulations,
- Dubai Law No. 15 of 2014 On Dubai Development Authority and its amendments,
- Dubai Law No. 8 of 2021 On the Human Resources Law for the Executive Directors of the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 5 of 2022 Establishing the Dubai Media DMC, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Original Law’;
- Dubai Decree No. 66 of 2024 On Determining the Competent Authority in the Emirate of Dubai for the Purposes of Implementing Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 on Media Regulation,
have issued the following law:
