- Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2022 on Family Companies,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2023 Concerning Trusts,
- Dubai Law No. 4 of 2013 Regarding the Notary Public in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,
- Dubai Law No. 9 of 2020 Regarding the Regulation of Family Ownership in the Emirate of Dubai, hereinafter referred to as “the Original Law”,
- Dubai Law No. 20 of 2021 Establishing the Department of Economy and Tourism in the Emirate of Dubai,
- Dubai Decree No. 45 of 2022 Establishing the Family Business Centre in the Emirate of Dubai,
- Dubai Decision No. 14 of 2023 Regarding the Formation of the Family Business and Family Property Dispute Resolution Committee in the Emirate of Dubai
have issued the following law:
