We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
- The Dubai Police Law of 1966;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments (the “Original Law”);
- Dubai Law No. 11 of 2007 Establishing the Dubai Maritime City;
- Dubai Law No. 22 of 2007 Establishing the Dubai Air Navigation Services Corporation;
- Dubai Law No. 11 of 2010 Concerning the Licensing of Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai, and its Executive Regulation and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 2 of 2012 Establishing the Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects Corporation;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai and its Executive Regulation and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 11 of 2020 Concerning the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority; and
- Dubai Decree No. 48 of 2005 Appointing the President of the Roads and Transport Authority, Do hereby issue this Law.
