We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 8 of 2016 Regulating the Grant of Law Enforcement Capacity in the Government of Dubai and its Executive Regulations;
- Dubai Decree No. 30 of 2014 Establishing the Dubai Expo 2020 Office;
- Dubai Decree No. 15 of 2022 Forming the Supreme Committee for Overseeing the Dubai Expo 2020 District;
- Dubai Decree No. 16 of 2022 Concerning the Dubai Expo 2020 Office; and
- Dubai Decree No. 26 of 2022 Transferring the Ownership of a Land Plot to Expo City Authority,
Do hereby issue this Law.
This Law will be cited as “Law No. 14 of 2022 Establishing Expo City Dubai”.
The following words and expressions, wherever mentioned in this Law, will have the meaning indicated opposite each of them unless the context implies otherwise:
UAE: The United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Dubai.
