- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 13 of 2009 establishing Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and its amendments, hereinafter referred to as the "Original Law",
have issued the following law:
The texts of Article 5, Article 6, Article 11, Article 12 and Article 15 of the Original Law shall be replaced by the following texts:
The University aims to achieve the following:
1. To offer high-quality academic programmes that meet the requirements of the digital economy, using digital means.
2. To contribute to meeting the requirements of comprehensive development at the local, regional and international levels by strengthening local, regional and international partnerships in digital education.
3. Contribute to the development of the future of digital education and make the Emirate a prestigious academic centre of excellence in this field.
