Dubai Law No. 12 of 2018 Repealing Law No. 4 of 2001 Concerning Free Zones

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

- After perusal of:

- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2001 Establishing the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation; and

- Dubai Law No. 4 of 2001 Concerning Free Zones,

Do hereby issue this Law.

Article 1 - Repeal

Pursuant to this Law, the above-mentioned Dubai Law No. 4 of 2001 Concerning Free Zones is repealed.

Article 2 - Commencement and Publication

This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
