We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,
After perusal of:
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority (the “RTA”);
- Dubai Law No. 14 of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 Concerning Management of the Public Funds of the Government of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Decree No. 1 of 1992 Establishing the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority and its amendments; and
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 16 of 2011 Approving the Electricity and Water Tariff in the Emirate of Dubai,
