We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council,
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 8 of 2006 Establishing the Organizations Affiliated with the Roads and Transport Authority and Approving its Organizational and Organizational Structure
have issued the following Decision:
This Decision shall be called Dubai Decision No. 2 of 2008 on the Regulation of School Transport in the Emirate of Dubai.
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
Emirate: The Emirate of Dubai.
Authority: Roads and Transport Authority.
Organization: Public Transport Agency at the Roads and Transport Authority.
School Bus: Any vehicle with a capacity of more than ten passengers, including the...
