We, Hamdan bin Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 On the Establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 6 of 2006 On the Contribution of Beneficiaries to the Cost of Public Road and Transport Contracts;
- Dubai Law No. 14 of 2009 On the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 On the Management of Public Funds of the Government of Dubai
have decided the following:
The fees for design review and supervision of the implementation of public road and transport projects belonging to the beneficiary entities and prescribed by Dubai Law No. 6 of 2006 referred to above shall be determined by the Roads and Transport Authority in accordance with the rates set out in the following table:
