Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 18 of 2010 On the Operation of Water Taxis in Dubai

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 6 of 1997 on Contracts for Government Departments in the Emirate of Dubai and the amendments thereof;

- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 on the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 establishing the Roads and Transport Authority;

- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 on the Management of Public Funds of the Government of Dubai

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 8 of 2006 Establishing Roads and Transport Authority's Affiliated Institutions and Adopting their Institutional and Organisational Structure;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 13 of 2010 Approving the General Organisational Structure of the Roads and Transport Authority
