- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 On the Management of Public Funds of the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Decree No. 22 of 2005 On the Use of an Electronic Car Rental Information System
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 8 of 2008 Establishing the Licensing Agency within the Roads and Transport Authority, hereinafter referred to as "the Agency";
